Workshop by Center for Learning and Teaching

The Center for Learning and Teaching (CeLT) of Abdullah Gül University (AGU) organized a workshop on "Creating and Using Rubrics for Assessment."

The workshop was held as part of the orientation program designed for new and existing faculty members of AGU.

Dr. David Sacks of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, with experience at the Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT) of the same university, visited the Sümer Campus for the workshop within the scope of the Preparing Future Faculty project for Turkish universities, supported by the US Embassy in Turkey.

While leading the workshop, Dr. Sacks made a presentation on preparing rubrics.
